Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a return, customers must contact our support team with order details and clear pictures of the issue.

Once approved, the product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and with all tags included.

Change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference is not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.
